Syllabus of Paper I (200 marks) Duration: Two hours

Indian Polity and Governance-Constitution, Political System, Panchayat Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc.

General issues on Environmental ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change – that do not require subject specialization.
